We are proud to announce that Chiara Romano, a PhD student in the Information and Communication Technology program, has been awarded the prestigious Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE CASE 2024 conference.
Her paper, titled “Adaptive Responses of Cancer Cells to Tumor Microenvironment Changes: An Evolutionary Model Predictive“, explores advanced evolutionary modeling techniques applied to cancer cell behavior. The work was co-authored by Alessandro Borri and Maria Domenica Di Benedetto.
